Tahlia Phillips, General Manager, Concrete Playground

Throughout her nine-year tenure with Concrete Playground, she has worked tirelessly with the Founder to build a platform that connects millions of monthly users with the very best parts of their cities.


Strengthening Concrete Playground’s reputation as one of Australia’s fastest growing digital publishers, Tahlia helped launch the brand into new markets and commercialise products and platforms that connect with its community in increasingly personalised ways. Under her leadership Concrete Playground has been named one of Deloitte’s Tech Fast 50 and Westpac’s Businesses of Tomorrow.


Before being promoted to GM Tahlia held the role of Commercial Director, where she developed innovative, tech-led content partnerships with a strong focus on government, local councils and brands looking to elevate Australia’s small business communities.


She is also part of the 2024 graduating class of The Marketing Academy Scholarship.
